The classes are dedicated to individuals who felt stuck, lacking ideas, motivation, courage, and drive. For people who create, design, work in the so-called creative industry, and collaborate with creative individuals. It especially targets individuals focused on visual arts, design, and illustration. The sessions are prepared for people at various levels of proficiency: both professionals and beginners.

During individual sessions, we focus on solving specific problems and working on the assumptions we want to develop during our meetings. We build a dedicated lesson plan and strategy to achieve the set goals. It’s 100% focus on the person and the process.

Individual sessions last from 60 to 90 minutes. This is the time during which we can prepare solutions to problems and create a list of tasks that will allow you to work individually. A single session will change your perception of the current state and steer you onto a new course. For more complex problems, a minimum of 3 sessions is recommended, during which we act, work, and verify what has been achieved.

Group sessions are for small teams focused on common projects. Here, we concentrate on the principles working towards group effectiveness. Additionally, we address individual problems and design tasks for individuals working and developing within the selected project.

A few days before the start, we conduct an interview to gather necessary data, context, and information that will allow us to move forward without using meeting time. This way, before the meeting, I know a lot about you and I am prepared. I guide you through the entire process, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
