International shipping

We send products to the farthest corners of the world. When finalizing the order, you can choose any place in the form on the cart page. Depending on the country the time and delivery cost of your order will change.

Delivery time

The order preparation time is from 1 to 3 working days. During this time, we book money and prepare a package for shipment. When the package will be sent you will be informed by e-mail. Then delivery is from 1 to 7 working days in Poland. From 3 to 21 working days in Europe. From 5 to 41 working days in other states.

Shipping cost

The cost of shipping orders in Poland is 15 PLN. The cost of shipping orders under 200 Euro on the territory of Europe is 17 – 20 Euro. The cost of shipping orders under 200 Euro to the United States is 20 Euro. You can check the shipping cost on the shopping cart page by ordering in the English-language version of the store.

Shipping method

Courier companies help us in delivery – this is the fastest way to deliver a package. For orders in places other than Poland, besides courier companies, we use the services of Poczta Polska. We send the order after paying for it. Due to the wide selection of delivery places in the world, we do not send packages with cash on delivery.

Method payment

We provide two methods of payment: PayPal and Payments 24. By choosing PayPal, we will take you directly to PayPal where you can log in or create an account. By using Przelewy24 you will be transferred to the system where you can choose your bank. Then you will be able to log in using the online banking access details to confirm the payment.

Security

The Przelewy24 system has a Certificate of Business Credibility and uses SSL encryption. This ensures protection of websites, confidentiality of data transmitted electronically and guaranteeing a high level of security of transactions. PayPal is one of the safest payment platforms in the world that provides protection and security to sellers and buyers.

Where are the sizes?

Tables with sizes you can be found in the gallery of each product from the “clothing” category. It is attached as the last image and illustrates the most important dimensions. Each type of product has individual dimensions, which is why the tables of individual items differ from each other.

I don’t know what size to choose

If you have a problem finding your size, please contact us. It’s best if you do it via e-mail. We are also available for you on Facebook and Instagram. We will help you choose the right size for your figure.

I chose the wrong size. What to do?

If you have chosen the wrong size – do not worry. You can exchange the purchased product for another one or return it. To do this, contact us. You can read more about refunds and exchanges in the next section and in the regulations.

Returns and complaints

If the purchased goods turn out to be wrong, you can return it to us freely. To do this, contact us for more information. Remember to deliver goods to us intact – both in visual and fragrance, and within 14 days we will give you money for your purchases. You can read more about refunds in our regulations.

Exchange

You can exchange the product for another or change the size. For this purpose it is necessary to contact us – we will determine if we have a product in stock that you would like to exchange. Remember to deliver the goods to us intact – both in visual and fragrance.
